Apple Raisin Pancakes
2 tablespoon Crisp Apple Reàl
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 ¼ cups milk
1 egg, beaten
2 Tablespoons Crisp Apple Reàl
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup raisins
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg, Crisp Apple Reàl, and melted butter; mix until smooth.
Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour ½ cup of batter onto the pan and cook for 1–2 minutes, until golden brown; flip and continue cooking 1–2 minutes more. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve topped with raisins.
