1 container Agave Reàl
1 egg white
1 container Agave Reàl
1 cup fresh lemon juice
2 ounces bourbon
4 mint sprigs, chopped
Directions
Whisk the egg white until frothy, then gradually mix in other ingredients. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
